Disassembly and preparation for production, including the safe removal and disposal of hazardous materials.

Zero Labs developed a modular electric platform that brings propulsion, chassis engineering and vehicle control systems into one integrated architecture. Built around replaceable and upgradable components, it is the clearest example of how our team designs products as complete systems.

Disassembly and preparation for production, including the safe removal and disposal of hazardous materials.

Outdated, worn and unsafe systems are replaced with safer and cleaner engineering.

An all-electric platform with an upgradable battery and high-voltage power system.

A clean energy vehicle designed to be enjoyed for decades.

After more than seven years of engineering, testing and delivery, the platform was designed to adapt across four gasoline and diesel vehicle formats. Each class covers numerous makes, models and size configurations.

The platform was built as a modular, upgradable technology stack with DC fast charging, Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity and over-the-air updates. Manufacturing was planned to run in multiple locations so partners could serve local markets.

The complete demonstration chassis brought the platform together in one physical reference: a 100 kWh 400V battery pack, independent front and rear suspension, dual 300 HP motors and a full cooling system on a 110-inch wheelbase. It is the kind of integrated engineering we now bring to client products.
